Job Description:

Following a hybrid work model out of our global headquarters in Chicago, IL (USA), a supervisor in Technology FP&A will be a part of the Business Advisory Services team within the Corporate Controller Group (CCG). This role offers a unique opportunity to provide financial expertise, direction, and strategic thought partnership to our innovative Global Technology team.

As a supervisor of Technology FP&A, you will play a critical role in owning the financial performance and planning of one of our largest and most complex Global business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Support financial tracking for major technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.
  • Support Manager+ group with relevant components of financial analysis and evaluation of value realization for quarterly presentations to Global SLT for transformational cases (namely archOS).
  • Support orchestration of updates with subset of technology/MCX partners throughout the lifecycle of projects, providing regular updates on financial performance, risks, and opportunities, and adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Engage with key partners as needed across various departments and levels of the organization, including business owners, department leaders, and project teams, to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and secure agreement for proposed initiatives.
  • Encourage and develop strong cross-functional teams, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to drive company success.
  • Drive organizational change and process improvements to adapt to dynamic technology and business environments.

The expected salary range for this role is $75,780 - 94,620 / per year

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 2+ years of experience within Finance, including FP&A or Corporate Finance is required; Big 4, or similar consulting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial consolidation software and financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is required.
