Job Description:

Join our US Technology Development and Product Enablement team in this exciting opportunity as a Technology Field Engagement Supervisor! In this role, you will be responsible for collecting release updates from product teams and editing writings to create cohesive and simple messages for inclusion in a Deployment Digest for distribution to Owner Operators. You will also inform Owner Operators of specific deployment schedules in targeted messaging.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Collect new feature and release updates and schedule from Deployment squad for inclusion in Deployment Digest.
  • Write technical communications with a cohesive and simple to understand tone.
  • Send targeted messages with specific deployment schedules to Owner Operators
  • Update and maintain knowledge management repository for team
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products supported by team
  • Build strong relationships and collaboration through effective communication between teams within US Technology and key stakeholders
  • Understand and identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities with existing communication channels and provide recommendations and solutions for efficient and timely messaging
  • Demonstrate McDonald’s core values & leadership behaviors
  • In addition to McDonald’s policies and procedures, your principal accountabilities will include, but are not restricted to the following:
    • Creation of a Deployment Digest or communication channel for Technology deployment
    • Scheduling of deployment messaging and managing of inbound/outbound inquiries
    • Manage processes for standardized communications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite experience (i.e., Excel, Visio, Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Agile thinker, able to quickly grasp new concepts and document in simple easy to understand terminology.
  • Collaborator, able to forge effective working partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment and adaptability to working in ambiguous conditions with changing schedules and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills
