Job Description:

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Onsite at MHQ to oversee live streaming events produced through End User live streaming products.
• Flexible hours during webcast days (early mornings or evenings)
• Manage and run live streaming webcasts, ensuring all technical aspects are handled efficiently.
• Provide support and maintenance for live streaming products
• Communicate and align with departments and third-party vendors, resolving any obstacles to ensure smooth live events.
• Develop and maintain strong processes and documentation to deliver a seamless, consistent, and reliable experience
• Analyze new features, assist in their rollout, and conduct product comparison analysis.
• Understand complex customer issues, convert them into problem statements, and provide innovative solutions through design thinking.
• Provide product maintenance and operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, technical architects, developers, and technology leads to comprehend and contribute to the modernization technology roadmap.
• Continuously improve product analysis capabilities and address skill gaps.
• Partner and maintain strong relationships with managed service providers.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140-$125,130 per year

Qualifications:

Experience

• 4+ years of product execution / technical business analyst experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years relevant experience and a Master’s degree.
• At least 3+ years of experience working with live streaming technologies
• At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft products
• Experience defining user experience needs, writing epics, stories, and acceptance criteria in any automation scripting language such as Gherkin etc.
• Direct experience in an Agile team.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in change and design initiatives, covering areas such as operations, IT, and product development.
• Significant experience in user centric designs to drive the right customer journey outcomes.
