Job Description:Hybrid Working
This role is based in our East Finchley office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to truly drive the successful implementation of our menu management workflow tool, within the McDonald’s UK & ROI market and support the delivery of our Digital roadmap including the removal of dependency on legacy systems.
We are looking for someone who can build a solid understanding of the end-to-end McDonald’s product process, the current McDonald’s UK & I ways of working and the stage and gate development process- bringing all these together to set the market up for success!
What will my accountabilities be?
The role will ensure the successful adoption and roll out of PIM for the UK & ROI market, ensuring market needs and ways of working are considered.
The role will be split in to three phases:
Stage 1: Defining the process-
- Review of the entire product process to streamline and ensure aligned to UK & I ways of working, the various stages in the development process and ensuring fit for purpose and successful adoption by teams.
- Upskilling of McDonald’s team members to ensure successful deployment (across Supply Chain and Food Development) including supporting with training material and delivery of training.
- Support the delivery of Supplier training to ensure all suppliers are onboarded onto the system.
Stage 2: System-
- Ensure the market is set up for success by ensuring the highest levels of data accuracy are maintained by system users
- Working with Global Digital team and UK IT to amend and adapt the workflow process and integrations, to ensure alignment to UK&I requirements.
Stage 3: Removing legacy system dependency-
- Collaborate with IT & internal teams to understand dependency of downstream systems on existing legacy system, and ensure dependencies on this are removed.
- Understand and implement any change initiatives to support legacy system integration switch off.
What team will I be a part?
The role would be within the Supply Chain Logistics & Digital Capability, team but working across the entire Supply Chain team to ensure alignment to ways of working and current processes.
