This role is based in our East Finchley office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
The Opportunity:
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting the management of key UK&I technology suppliers. This role will have responsibility for working closely with suppliers to define and maintain product roadmaps and for ensuring that value creation and business outcomes align with key targets and budgets. The role holder will also hold responsibility for the day-to-day management, governance, and business relationship with McDonald’s tier 2/3 suppliers within a respective supplier category.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing active support within the RGRT team to foster a high-performing culture aligned with the company values.
- Setting standards with our partners/suppliers to ensure they are held accountable for delivering excellent service and change management.
- Working with locally managed suppliers to maintain product roadmaps and a prioritized backlog.
- Managing day-to-day contract compliance of allocated suppliers, ensuring robust controls are in place.
- Evolving supplier relationships, contracts, and ongoing governance to adopt models with great outcomes for our restaurants and Franchisees.
- Conducting structured and regular service reviews with our supplier partners to ensure value and performance.
- Supporting the ongoing development of 2 Supplier Management Analysts.
- Tracking and trending supplier performance.
- Working closely with the Supplier Management & Contracts Manager to provide supplier management governance, audit, and compliance framework.

What You’ll Need:
- Experience in managing a set of technology suppliers, setting standards, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience working with product roadmaps.
- Knowledge of backlog management.
- Technical understanding and the ability to interact with technology stakeholders.
- Knowledge of platforms, products, systems, and services in your chosen area of technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience in supplier governance, communications, and financial management.
- Some experience in contract negotiation is preferred.
