Department Overview
McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor – Total Rewards Delivery role based in our India Global Business Services Office.
This position is responsible for executing and managing global performance management processes and supporting compensation delivery programs with accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines. The role ensures high-quality delivery across performance and rewards cycles, supports operational excellence, and provides frontline insights to improve processes, documentation, and reporting effectiveness.
Duties
1. Manage performance cycles including goal setting, reviews, calibration, documentation, and data validation.
2. Support SAP/SuccessFactors configuration, testing, timelines, and end-to-end cycle execution.
3. Administer merit, bonus, incentive, job pricing, survey, and market data activities.
4. Deliver and validate recurring performance and compensation reports from HCM systems.
5. Identify, escalate, and resolve data issues while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
6. Coordinate daily work to meet SLAs, timelines, workflows, and service delivery expectations.
7. Respond to performance and compensation queries, protect confidentiality, and escalate complex issues.
8. Maintain documentation, support audits and training, update SOPs, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Total Rewards, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, performance management, compensation delivery, or shared services.
- Experience working with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
- Ability to execute detailed, repetitive tasks with high accuracy and consistency.
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
