Department Overview
The U.S. Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Delivery team drives the economics, strategy, and performance management of the Delivery business. As delivery continues to grow as a critical channel, the team evaluates and shapes Delivery pricing, promotions, marketplace economics, and fee structures to achieve desire business outcomes while ensuring alignment with field teams, cross-functional partners, and Owner/Operators.
The Supervisor, RGM Delivery plays a key role in the design, modeling, execution, and communication of Delivery RGM strategy. Through strong analytical work, tool development, performance reporting, and cross-functional partnership, this role enables the system to make informed decisions that maximize profitability, customer value, and growth.
Duties
- Lead Delivery economics and performance management, including financial modeling, strategic insights, and annual channel profitability updates that inform systemwide RGM strategy.
- Drive Delivery RGM strategy around pricing, promotion, loyalty, and growth initiatives for 1PO and 3PO Delivery channels in partnership with cross-functional teams, aligning Marketing, Finance, Global Delivery, Consumer Insights, Field partners, and Owner/Operators.
- Develop and enhance scalable tools and reporting, enabling accurate, self-service analytics and improved data visibility across RGM and Field teams.
- Shape and evaluate Delivery growth and promotional strategies on third-party platforms, modeling financial impact, guiding sell in, and ensuring alignment with marketplace dynamics and Owner/Operator needs.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and system educator, delivering clear, compelling narratives on Delivery economics, performance, and strategy to McDonald’s internal teams, Field leadership, Owner/Operators, and external partners.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, pricing, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Delivery channel economic drivers, marketplace dynamics, and omnichannel pricing.
- Proven experience building scalable tools, models, and dashboards.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau or BI and SQL experience preferred.
- Ability to translate complex insights into simple, actionable narratives.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $85,014.00 - $106,267.00 per year
