About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Supervisor, Product Insights to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will partner with Digital Product and other cross-functional teams at McDonalds to optimize digital experiences, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic decision-making across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis using BI tools (Alteryx, Tableau, SQL) as well as significant practical experience with Digital Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel and/or Google Analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Digital Product to inform feature development strategy and enable data-driven decision making
  • Derive actionable insights through analysis of point-of-sale and digital analytic data
  • Identify and size growth opportunities to optimize McDonald’s digital performance
  • Communicate analyses and insights effectively to influence key stakeholders, including Digital Product and UX Design, among others
  • Design and implement robust measurement frameworks, ensuring digital feature tracking and data output will serve stakeholder needs

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - $108,810 / per year

Qualifications:
  • High level of intellectual curiosity

  • Ability to structure and quickly synthesize large volumes of data to develop impactful insights
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to operate independently and effectively in a complex environment
  • Hands-on experience with digital programs such as delivery platforms, kiosks, and global mobile applications a plus

 

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years with Digital Analytic tools preferred (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Mix Panel, or Google Analytics)
  • 2+ years Business Insights/Research, Strategy or analytical and data intensive environment
  • Experience with popular data tools preferred (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Tableau)
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills required
