Department Overview

The Supervisor, People Experience (Insights) plays a critical role in translating people data and insights into clear, actionable guidance for field People teams and restaurant leaders. This role sits within the U.S. People Alignment team, and partners broadly across U.S. People to support execution of the People Analytics agenda by coordinating insight delivery, strengthening field adoption, and ensuring projects, tools, and insights are delivered with consistency, clarity, and impact.

This position brings together people analytics, field partnership, and project management, helping to ensure insights move beyond dashboards to drive informed decisions across the system.

Duties

  • Support execution of People Insights initiatives by coordinating insight delivery, timelines, and dependencies across the U.S. People portfolio, with a strong emphasis on field-facing use and adoption.
  • Translate people data into field-relevant insights by partnering with the People Insights Manager to package analytics into clear narratives, tools, and materials that support restaurant- and field-level decision making.
  • Serve as a connector between central analytics and the field, gathering feedback from Field People Partners and operations leaders to ensure insights, reporting, and tools are practical, usable, and aligned to business needs.
  • Provide project management support for insights-related initiatives, including work planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, and issue escalation to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Coordinate governance and status routines for People Insights projects, including preparing updates, tracking actions and decisions, and ensuring follow-through with key partners.
  • Maintain visibility to interdependencies across the U.S. People portfolio, helping surface risks or conflicts that could impact field execution.
  • Manage documentation and collaboration spaces (e.g., shared sites, trackers, resources) to ensure partners have access to current, accurate, and easy-to-use information.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses, pilots, and field requests as needed, helping the People Insights team stay responsive to evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration/management, analytics/data science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders strongly preferred.
  • Field-facing mindset: prioritizes practicality, clarity, and actionability of insights.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with comfort operating across multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable translating between data, storytelling, and business context.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $ 85,014.00 - $106,267.00 USD  per year
