Job Description
The Supervisor, Local Employee Experience focuses on the execution of People processes and tools in assigned Profit Center(s). In this role, you will advise on and provide direction as appropriate to Operations Manager(s)/Operations Supervisors/restaurant staff on HR-related issues. With support from the Senior Manager, McOpCo People Partner, you will provide experienced assistance to company-owned restaurants.
Role
Work with the local Manager, McOpCo Operations to identify key People priorities across the Profit Center(s), help execute the Profit Center People action plan aligned with the National People Strategy
Provide coaching, training, counsel, and direction to Operations
Assist People leaders and restaurant managers in conducting listening sessions and key experiences across the employee life-cycle
Partner with Operations to advise and deliver on all aspects of Staffing, Development, Performance Management, Engagement, Retention, and Succession Planning
Educate, inform, and assess to help ensure restaurants execute/comply with People initiatives and tools
Protect the brand by helping execute GR and Labor relations plans, and manage regulatory compliance within the Profit Center
Leverage people analytics across the market to yield specific insights on ways to improve people-related practices
Conduct potential investigations and support disciplinary actions, including termination
Proper management of required employee documentation, file administration, leaves of absences, and worker’s comp cases
Leading the People aspect of restaurant divestitures/acquisitions
Assist in deploying change initiatives through education and training for Operations staff and restaurant management
**The role will require regular travel (Eligible for Car)**
Qualifications & Experience
- Field HR experience is preferred
- HR Generalist experience
- Experience with leveraging HR technology systems, a plus
- Bachelor's degree

Salary Range
Salary Range - $75,700.00 - $94,620.00
Location
- This position is to be based out of Ohio.
- The Supervisor will be responsible for a territory in Ohio, primarily in Northern Ohio (exact restaurant locations included may be subject to change)
