Job Description

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Inclusion Enablement. This role will support the development and optimization of tools, templates, and processes for knowledge sharing and collaboration across markets.  This role is also responsible for supporting Global Inclusion’s center led inclusion programming and using reporting and analytics to track progress against inclusion goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management skills, expertise in inclusion programs and in using data-driven approaches to drive decision making and execute projects effectively.

Responsibilities

Tools, templates & Knowledge Sharing

  • Develop and maintain standardized tools, templates and resources to support global and local inclusion initiatives
  • Manage knowledge-sharing platforms and repositories to ensure easy access to best practices, frameworks and case studies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collaboration and efficiency across global inclusion, segments and market teams
  • Develop creative solutions to current and anticipated global corporate inclusion trends and issues aligned with McDonald’s business needs.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding on inclusion related tools and resources for key stakeholders

 

Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align tools and processes with broader business and inclusion objectives
  • Establish mechanisms for ongoing feedback and continuous improvement of inclusion related workflows
  • Develop creative solutions to current and anticipated global corporate inclusion trends and issues aligned with McDonald’s business needs.

 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports and scorecards to track progress on global inclusion goals and initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement in inclusion efforts
  • Support the preparation of reports for senior leadership, external stakeholders and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with data teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in inclusion-related metrics and reporting

 

Required Skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience with knowledge-sharing platforms and process optimization methods
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work effectively with various departments and external partners to drive initiatives.
  • Curious, flexible and responsive to changing circumstances and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in alignment, culture, engagement, inclusion, or HR-related roles.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing inclusion initiatives in a corporate or global organization
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital communication platforms (e.g., Workplace, Yammer)
  • Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Extensive experience working and collaborating with global teams across various regions
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring organizational objectives are met seamlessly
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Expertise in global inclusion strategy implementation and/or employee engagement initiatives
  • Experience with event management, including conferences and experiential design

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - $108,810 per year
