Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supervisor, Compensation to join our team at McDonald’s headquarters in Chicago’s West Loop. This role is integral to supporting the Global Total Rewards team in the development and execution of McDonald’s Total Rewards Programs. The position focuses on managing compensation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, and driving data accuracy and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare new hire and internal compensation recommendations and analysis for Restaurant employee population
- Assist with various compensation related surveys including preparing data submissions, responding to questions, validating survey results and preparing year-over-year trend reporting
- Review job documentation for new roles, determine the appropriate job level and market price in accordance with established process and guidelines
- Partner with other Total Rewards team members and assigned HRBPs to provide compensation support and reporting
- Manage total rewards data across multiple systems, conduct audits, develop reports, and facilitate enhancements
- Support restaurant compensation team’s mailbox to ensure timely responses
- Support the Annual Year End process to ensure that compensation decisions align with McDonald’s total rewards strategy
- Partner with other Total Rewards team members to support the US crew compensation programs
- Research issues, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions for enhancements relative to the design and execution of McDonald’s total rewards programs, policies and procedures
- Create and/or update process documentation associated with total rewards programs
- Assists with the implementation of total rewards training and with special projects and requests
- Manage total rewards data across multiple systems, conduct audits, develop reports, and facilitate enhancements
Experience and Qualification
- 2 years of experience in human resources, finance, project management, data analytics, or related field
- Advanced Excel and Word skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines/assignments
- Personal motivation and a sense of ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range
Salary Ranges-$87,050.00 - $108,810.00
