Job Description:

We are seeking a Supervisor, Business Insights to execute analytical activities in support of our overall marketing strategy and key initiatives. In this role, you will provide analytical support to global marketing and digital team leadership to evaluate new digital initiatives and drive continuous improvement from existing digital initiatives. As a member of the Business Insights team, you will serve as an analytics authority, leveraging McDonald's scale and advantaged access to data to continuously innovate the digital experience. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Insights - Marketing Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics to detect and communicate impactful insights across digital products (e.g. mobile app, in-store kiosk) and digital/MarTech capabilities (e.g. loyalty, CRM, digital merchandizing)
  • Serve as a data and analytics thought partner to digital product teams, assess digital product performance, identify areas for optimization and provide ongoing analytical support as needed
  • Build a robust suite of product performance management reports, curated self-service data exploration environments and executive-level KPI scorecards
  • Collaborate with Data Architecture and Technology teams to specify requirements for new digital data capture and representation in data systems
  • Actively monitor market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Support the development of robust business cases in partnership with the Finance team and individual initiative teams
  • Assist digital leadership in setting performance targets for global stakeholders, markets, and product teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (quantitative field preferred)
  • Previous experience in digital analytics
  • Deep analytical expertise for both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Proficient in using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to analyze how customers interact with owned digital assets
  • Experience working with large data sets and using advanced tools for digital data analysis (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau)
  • An understanding of consumer-facing businesses, with an emphasis on businesses with a digital component
  • An understanding of digital marketing measurement approaches (e.g. customer lifetime value, A/B testing and digital customer engagement topics)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings from analysis to leadership
  • An eye for business and customer experience with a deep understanding of what drives value creation and customer engagement
