Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Organization Activation Support Lead for an Indirect Sourcing and Procurement Transformation to collaborate with business leaders and Global Indirect Sourcing and Procurement Modernization ("GI Mod") counterparts to lead Project Management and Transition Management for the Organization Activation (OA) Team. This role leads the OA General Support pillar of the OA team within the broader GI Mod project. The scope of the Organization Activation capability spans across the disciplines of Organization Design, Change Management, Communications, Learning and Development, and Transition Coordination. This role will directly support to the GI Mod OA Lead, support with integration, coordination, and project management across the GI Mod OA Team, and manage the Transition Coordination responsibilities for the program.
Responsibilities
- Support the OA Lead across the Organization Activation work and teams
- Manage and maintain the OA integrated project plan and collaborate across the GI Mod OA Teams to account for risk and interdependencies
- Support in leadership engagement, development, and trust building and stakeholder management related to the GI Mod program including content development and direct leadership/stakeholder engagement and meetings
- Collaborate with functional business leaders and GI Mod counterparts to develop and implement OA strategies that align with the overall business strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional counterparts (e.g.: Legal and People) to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and prioritization of employee experience
- Create and/or customize for relevancy toolkits, decks, and best practice materials to standardize project Management across the OA team and Transition Coordination efforts related to the program
- Partner with Market Leadership and Teams to create and foster Market collaboration and support
- Directly influence the achievement of operational goals of the Organization Activation Team
- Lead Transition Coordination work defining the strategies and managing the execution to effectively move talent into their future state roles
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation including project plans, status reports, and other supporting documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field
- 7-8+ years of experience in project management and/or transformation work
- Experience managing large, complex programs and matrixed teams
- Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and collaborative technologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Irreproachable integrity and sensitivity to confidential information

Salary Range
Salary Ranges- $129,800.00 - $165,490.00 per year
