Job Description:

We are looking for a teammate to work on the POS and Kiosk Requirements Team, who is trained and/or certified in Agile and has been applying their agile learnings for more than 1 year. Our person needs to be a leader within the requirements team and be able to make decisions and understand priorities. The stakeholder communication, and that open channel of exchanges for taking business requirements and pulling them into technology requirements, will also be a key success factor for our Senior BTA, so these skills need to be at an authority level. It is preferred that our candidate has a background in POS and Kiosk functionality, but it is equally important that they have a strong operations attitude and that they are tech experienced and are comfortable being technical.

Responsibilities:

  • With growth, will be a Subject Matter Expert for POS and/or Kiosk software with the ability to provide business and operational direction on business requirements, change requests, and technical designs for current functionality and future enhancements
  • Elicit, assess, and define business requirements with strong organizational skills to deliver requirements within specified timelines
  • Demonstrates Operations focus by understanding the given and potential needs and taking action
  • Strong technology background with being able to visualize and interpret business to technology
  • High-level collaboration skills and able to adapt their means of communications for both written and verbal, and engage in active listening
  • Established ability to form relationships with Global Technology internal and external stakeholder partners
  • Obtain continual feedback from field end users and maintain enhancement requests and assist with prioritization of restaurant technology applications
  • Ability to train and share key knowledge to bring new employees/consultants up to speed on technology and processes
  • Provide frequent feedback to the team to increase productivity, improve performance, and develop skill set
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in Business Analyst/Business Technical Analyst experience
  • Ability to solicit and communicate business expectations and build strong client and stakeholder Relationships
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse work group
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate complex concepts to our Business Partners and Leadership
  • Participates in sprint reviews and leading demos of new functionality to stakeholders
  • Current on writing business requirements to include user stories and use cases
  • 1 year of experience in being Agile - advantageous to have used JIRA and Confluence tools
  • Must be capable of prioritizing requirements based upon the Business and Deployment needs
  • Establish a thorough formal review for impacts and integration points with other products
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively self-direct, and manage, and prioritize multiple projects/issues with a high degree of complexity in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio
  • Able to manage their time effectively in a changing environment
  • Work with management to adapt to obstacles and complete sprint releases
