Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Engage in daily scrums with an Agile approach, working in 2-week sprints to ensure continuous progress and improvement.
- Engage in daily standups to discuss progress, challenges, and plans.
- Present bi-weekly demos to showcase progress and gather feedback.
- Actively participate in business requirement sessions, working with business collaborators to understand and document requirements.
- Perform documentation activties around coding and testing to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Engage in special projects, leading Proof of Concepts (POCs) in innovation and building innovative concepts
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication abilities, effectively sharing ideas and findings with internal customers
- Use BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI (recommended but not required) for data analysis and visualization.
- Research new ideas and present them to internal partners, contributing to the growth of the team's capabilities.
- Perform hands-on coding and development, with an introduction to technology and hands-on development/coding, gradually building up to more advanced tasks.
- Work in an innovative team that challenges the status quo on technology stacks and contributes with innovative ideas to grow the team's capabilities.
- Define and develop a data quality process to enhance user experience
Programming Languages:
- Python - Understanding of basic syntax, data structures (lists, dictionaries), and control flow (loops, conditionals).
- JavaScript - Basic knowledge of syntax, DOM manipulation, and event handling.
- HTML/CSS - Basic understanding of web development, including structuring web pages with HTML and styling them with CSS.
- Git - Basic commands such as clone, commit, push, pull and understanding of branching and merging.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to break down problems into smaller, manageable tasks.
- Basic understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Debugging:
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix errors in code.
Basic Database Knowledge:
- SQL - Commands for querying databases such as SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE and other basic and advanced queries.
Code Documentation:
- Writing clear and concise comments and documentation for code to ensure it is understandable and maintainable.
Basic Understanding of APIs:
- Knowledge of how to interact with APIs, including making HTTP requests and handling responses.

Salary Range
Salary Ranges-$75,700.00 - $94,620.00
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong Agile approach and experience with daily scrums and standups.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI is desired but not required.
- Proven ability to research new ideas and present them effectively.
- Hands-on coding experience and a willingness to engage in development tasks.
- Ability to work in a team that designs and works on cutting-edge technology.
- Fresh perspective with a passion for challenging the status quo and contributing new ideas.
