Department Overview

As a Senior Analyst, IAM Service Delivery, you will report to the Senior Manager of IGA Service Delivery. In this role, you will drive successful delivery of secure and scalable identity and access management solutions to McDonald’s markets and application teams. Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Build strong and trusted relationships with global and market technology teams resulting in alignment on identity and access management needs and priorities.
  • Effectively lead complex market and application IAM platform integration efforts, including coordination of globally distributed teams.
  • Be an advocate for our identity and access management program and an ambassador to our market and application partners in the execution of our strategy.
  • Provide guidance on IAM issues and lead critical decision-making processes to ensure the continued execution of our strategy.
  • Partner with Global Cyber Security Market Engagement team to ensure our IAM capabilities can be deployed and operated in an effective way to benefit markets.
  • Foster effective communication with collaborators throughout the organization, promoting a culture of cybersecurity resilience and awareness across all functions.
  • Provide service deployment and enablement leadership to ensure alignment with best practices and security standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to compile and analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver successful identity and access management implementations.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver effective IAM solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience in identity and access management or other cybersecurity role
  • Computer science /Engineering Degree or equivalent technical education.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
  • Experience in identity lifecycle management concepts and processes including account management, access governance, and access control.
  • Understanding of industry frameworks and standards such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, including risk management, access controls, and secure coding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into practical IAM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Technical experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, Saviynt, and/or other related technologies are a bonus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications are highly desirable.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860.00 - $143,900.00 per year
