Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of the MyMcDonald’s Rewards program by expanding into third-party loyalty partnerships. This role will focus on developing the capabilities that allow customers to earn and burn reward points with third-party global and local brands, driving stronger engagement and loyalty. With already over 150 million 90-day active users in 50+ markets across the globe, we aspire to grow our loyalty program to 250 million 90-day active users by 2027, becoming one of the largest consumer platforms in the world!
As a member of the Global Loyalty & Partnerships Product Team, you will lead the end-to-end development of capabilities that seamlessly integrate third-party reward redemptions into the McDonald’s digital ecosystem. As a product leader, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for building the necessary infrastructure to support these partnerships at scale. As a trusted partner and teammate, you’ll advise key stakeholder teams like the Digital Engagement Strategy Team on partnership strategy, partnership evaluation, and selection. You’ll spearhead and lead the rewards program to new heights while collaborating closely with many of McDonald’s global teams, including but not limited to Product, Experience Design, Technology/Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Insights. Your work will be critical in ensuring that customers worldwide have a frictionless and rewarding experience earning and redeeming their MyMcDonald’s Rewards points.

Note: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2C and B2B product management, with a passion for creating seamless and engaging customer experiences, specifically in Loyalty. This role will report directly to the Director, Product Management (Loyalty & Partnerships).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch the capabilities that allow loyalty customers to redeem points, earn points, and/or access benefits with third-party partners, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Design scalable, flexible technical solutions that can be adopted globally while allowing for local market configuration.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to build an integration framework that makes it easy for partners to onboard.
- Partner with Experience Design and other Product teams to create easy-to-use, customer-facing loyalty partnership experiences within the broader MyMcDonald's Rewards program.
- Work horizontally across teams like Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Insights to ensure partnerships and capabilities align with business goals and customer needs.
- Balance direct ownership of certain initiatives with horizontal collaboration to achieve seamless integration and functionality.
- Advise the Digital Engagement Strategy Team on the strategic and technical feasibility of potential partnerships.
- Define success metrics and implement tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of third-party redemptions on customer engagement and retention.
- Co-develop with relevant partners the governance processes to ensure partnerships meet technical, legal, and brand standards.

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260 - $190,310 per year

- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management (or 4 years of product experience and 3 years of transferrable relevant experience)
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in an agile product management role
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
- Experience at a consumer/retail company preferred.
- Shown experience in digital product management, with a focus on B2C experiences and loyalty programs.
- Experience building customer engagement or loyalty platforms, rewards ecosystems, third-party integrations, and account linking.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, Loyalty Platforms, CRM systems, data analytics, and mobile app integrations.
- Ability to work across global teams, balancing centralized product development with local market needs.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a successful history of working closely with Engineering, Experience Design, Marketing, and Business teams.
