Job Description:Sr Manager, Delivery Channel Strategy & 3PO will be responsible for definition and execution of RGM in the Delivery channel and supporting the realization of the U.S. business’ goals for first and third-party Delivery. As a key strategic thought partner, the Sr Manager, Delivery Channel Strategy & 3PO will use insights and storytelling to produce optimal long-term financial results. The role will advise cross-functional partners on value driven opportunities within RGM (e.g. base pricing) and outside of Finance, including Marketing, Operations, Technology, Menu Strategy, Global Teams and Franchisees. Externally, the role will interact with Delivery Service Partners - partnering on ways to improve the delivery experience. Projects include supporting our marketing initiatives through development of national and local promotional calendars, addressing in-store operational trends, and executing business cases for strategic growth initiatives. This role will also provide financial analyses in support of the U.S. strategic growth plan and looking at industry/competitive trends to find growth opportunities.
Primary Duties
- Owns overall Delivery Economics / P&L & financial impacts of Delivery channel
- Evaluates activation of RGM within Delivery channel (GMA & 3PO likely to have separate strategies) to understand how to optimize customer value perceptions and business outcomes, including O/O investment in value in the Delivery channel
- Partners with RGM Core team on optimal strategic approach to base pricing & business rules in alignment with Delivery RGM strategy. This includes partnering on Delivery Pricing research (e.g. Conjoint)
- Supports cross-functional Delivery Team with dotted line to Sr Dir of Delivery
- Supports OPNAD DVST & MEC on tactic business case development & post analysis for Delivery channel
- Collaborate with SIP & Marketing team to understand trends with delivery channel and use that as an input into RGM & growth strategy for delivery channel
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to aid in strategic planning
- Opportunity sizing and initiative forecasting, develop business cases & post analysis
- Evaluate initiatives, both in test markets and on a national scale
- Conduct business performance analysis
- Interact with Delivery Service Partners - ongoing negotiations / evolution of business model, partnering on ways to improve the delivery experience and grow, etc.

The expected salary range for this role is $129,800 - $165,490 / per year

- 5 years minimum experience required, 3+ years in consulting, client services and/or pricing advisory or strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Masters in Finance, Economics, Math preferred
- Analytic Insight: Capability and experience analyzing large amounts of data using multiple data sources, develop analysis templates/tools and synthesize various learnings into actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of pricing and promotion dynamics, multi-tier pricing environment, long term impact of pricing decisions
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Experience working with Tableau and/or other data visualization
