We’re looking for a Senior HRBP - Talent to lead enterprise talent and succession initiatives that build strong, sustainable leadership pipelines across our corporate population. This is a high‑impact role for a strategic, hands‑on people leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys partnering with senior leaders to shape the future of talent at Macca’s.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise talent processes including Talent Reviews, Talent Boards, Talent Focus Sessions and Succession Planning across the corporate population
- Partnering with People Partners and leaders to provide talent insights, assess pipeline health, identify succession risks and prioritise development actions
- Integrating talent management, succession and talent acquisition insights to strengthen internal pipelines, workforce planning and critical role readiness
- Enabling leadership capability through development planning, People Leader Masterclasses and targeted leadership and talent initiatives
- Using SuccessFactors and people data to deliver clear, leadership‑ready insights, reports and recommendations that support evidence‑based decisions
- Acting as a key escalation point for complex talent risks, succession gaps or capability challenges, partnering with senior leaders to agree actions
- Leading continuous improvement of talent processes, tools and employee experience, aligned to enterprise and global frameworks
- Leading and coaching a small, high‑impact talent team, providing direction, development and support while balancing operational delivery and strategic initiatives.
- Building a collaborative, agile team culture focused on accountability, delivery and capability uplift.
Your keys to success:
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience delivering talent management, succession planning or leadership development in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Experience with enterprise talent frameworks, SuccessFactors or digital HR platforms
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence analysing people data and translating insights into clear, practical recommendations for leaders
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders
- Clear written and verbal communication, including leadership‑ready presentations
- Experience leading small teams or project‑based resources
- Strong judgement, problem‑solving capability and comfort navigating ambiguity
