Job Description:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage through a cross-functional teams to deliver results from direct and indirect reporting relationships
  • Investigate and understand detailed drivers of spending within our Global Functions, and support strategies to manage and report CAPEX, OPEX, and Project costs of over $1 Billion in spend annually with impact to the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
  • Prepares monthly reporting packages for leadership with in depth variance analysis and commentary
  • Help build reports using current financial platforms while documenting gaps and new system requirements needed; ability for reports to be shared across other teams
  • Financial business partner for various Functions (Technology, HR, Marketing, etc.) providing support with various ad-hoc requests and special projects
  • Works with leadership to help define targets that can then be tracked through exception-based reporting and communicated out to various stakeholders (assist with execution of activities)

  • Solve problems and resolve conflict through strong and thoughtful analytics
  • Thrive and excel in ad-hoc situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Sr. Leadership and department owners of financial outcomes of business decisions telling the story with impact
  • Assess and prioritize large amounts of conflicting data quickly and confidently
  • Balance accountability, timeliness and presentation with equal importance
Qualifications:

Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ of working experience post undergraduate degree
  • Cost management and budgetary planning experience
  • Strong aptitude with financial systems
  • Proficient with complex Excel models and macros
  • Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Consolidation experience a plus (between multiple functions, CAPEX/OPEX)
