At McDonald’s Australia, we’re looking for a Procurement and Sustainability Analyst to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in delivering smarter sourcing strategies and meaningful sustainability outcomes across our business. From supplier negotiations to ESG reporting, this is a hands-on role where you’ll work across procurement and sustainability initiatives that directly support our restaurants, people and customers.
What you can expect on a day-to-day basis:
- Delivering procurement activities across a range of indirect categories
- Leading supplier negotiations, tenders and contract management
- Supporting sustainability initiatives including waste, recycling and renewable energy
- Analysing procurement and ESG data to support reporting and insights
- Tracking market trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes
- Managing multiple projects across procurement and sustainability
Your keys to success:
- Experience in procurement, sourcing or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Confidence working with stakeholders and suppliers
- A passion for sustainability, ESG or driving positive business impact
- Commercial thinking with attention to detail
