Want to drive real sustainability impact while building your procurement career? Ready to work on projects that influence how millions of customers are served every day? At McDonald’s Australia, we’re looking for a Procurement and Sustainability Analyst to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in delivering smarter sourcing strategies and meaningful sustainability outcomes across our business. From supplier negotiations to ESG reporting, this is a hands-on role where you’ll work across procurement and sustainability initiatives that directly support our restaurants, people and customers.

What you can expect on a day-to-day basis:

  • Delivering procurement activities across a range of indirect categories
  • Leading supplier negotiations, tenders and contract management
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives including waste, recycling and renewable energy
  • Analysing procurement and ESG data to support reporting and insights
  • Tracking market trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes
  • Managing multiple projects across procurement and sustainability

Your keys to success:

  • Experience in procurement, sourcing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and suppliers
  • A passion for sustainability, ESG or driving positive business impact
  • Commercial thinking with attention to detail
