Job Description:

Currently, McDonald’s is seeking an experienced HR Product Supervisor to join our growing U.S. People PMO & Alignment team to support US People products and initiatives in support of the U.S. business and employees. Your main focuses will be standardizing project management best practices by guiding our product development teams through our frameworks and leading projects. You will be reporting to the Manager, U.S. People PMO & Alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Will lead and support end-to-end design, deployment and adoption of new people products as determined by the PMO Manager.
  • Performs user research and builds synthesized reports to provide qualitative insights into product strategy and use cases.
  • Offer thought partnership on project and change management best practices to support our product development managers.
  • Supports the development of and helps provide input into project plans to track progress and achievements.
  • Works with third party vendors to ensure activities are aligned to objectives, timelines, and agreed upon deliverables.
  • Monitors KPIs / success metrics during product lifecycle to identify areas for improvement.
  • Takes a design thinking approach to all People products to ensure a user-centric view
Qualifications:
  • This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) or Change Management Office (CMO) type environment.
  • Interaction across a multi-function environment is critical
  • Strong knowledge and experience of project management and change management principles and methodologies, broad knowledge of HR subject areas (PM certification preferred).
  • Effective relationship builder that collaborates with multiple partners to set objectives and influence outcomes.
  • Understanding of functional goals, and interpersonal dynamics across the teams.
  • Experience working with third party vendors preferred
  • Experience working across multiple work streams at different stages
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to communicate within a highly complex change environment.
  • Must be proactive and enjoy working with autonomy
