What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic, blended role, you’ll:
- Partnering with leaders across Ireland as a trusted HR expert.
- You’ll be advising, solving complex people challenges, and ensuring compliance with Irish employment law
- Support ER, capability building, and people development
- Champion inclusion and a positive employee experience
- Deliver high‑impact training, both in regional centres and in the field.
- Facilitate sessions that build skills, boost confidence, and drive results.
- Use data and insight to influence decisions and performance
- Collaborate with People COEs, Franchisees & Restaurant Leaders, Operations & Franchising Directors and Global L&D
This is a key role that shapes culture, builds capability, and strengthens performance across the business.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Deep knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
- Experienced People Partner who can support leaders and influence the employee experience across Ireland.
- Confidence as a facilitator who can energise a room and deliver impactful training.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a proactive mindset
- A passion for inclusion, equity, and belonging
- Curiosity, resilience, and a love for helping people grow
- You must hold a full Irish driving licence.
