This role is based in our East Finchley office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely
What You’ll Be Doing:
The chance to join our well-established Payroll Team processing the payroll for around 20,000 of our crew every fortnight along with 2 monthly payrolls for our salaried staff (which may include you in the future!).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with the team to ensure all team members are paid accurately and on time every time.
- Providing a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Supporting cross-functional teams as requested; both within the department and broader business.
- Ensuring the integrity and security of all payroll data.
- Contributing to achieving the overall goals of the department.
- Understanding and adhering to any related internal and external SOX controls.
- Maintaining internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of the company.
- Assisting with Year End processing for multiple companies.
- Supporting other departments with any ad-hoc requests.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with ResourceLink/Zellis HCM payroll system is essential
- Experience with ResourceLink Reporting Services (RRS) and PowerBI.
- Payroll experience.
- Teamwork experience.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Knowledge of payroll and pension legislation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving
