The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the McDonald’s Head Office team. We are looking for a motivated, energetic and capable person to offer administrative support to our corporate team.
A key component of the role will be assisting multiple functions within our corporate office with administrative support.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
Administrative work for the office, specifically HR, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Tasks include compiling documents, coordinating mail and couriers, managing calendars, making travel arrangement bookings, and event management for head office and franchisee events (i.e. Co-Op).
Working within the HR team, we are looking for someone who has an interest in or some level of HR coordination. Supporting the HR team with general employment queries, engagement events and some platform administration will form part of this role.

The Person
Energetic and enthusiastic, good initiative, exceptional organisational ability, impeccable communication skills, highly adaptable, and the ability to build strong relationships easily. It is important that you have previous administration and event management experience.
The fast paced and continuous nature of our business demands flexibility to think outside the box, a “can do” attitude and the ability to work with various people from across the business.
