Job Description:

The Mgr, Successfactors-BTP Architect will provide their technical expertise for all integration/interface elements of the HR Transformation across 22+ global markets. The technology transformation manager will also work with collaborators across HR and IT in all markets and will work with 3rd party vendors to ensure that all aspects on the integration from scope/design are deployed optimally and meet the business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Manager, Successfactors BTP Architect is responsible for design, development, testing and support of the GPMOD integrations which are built as part of McDonald’s Global HR transformation project.
  • Plan and conduct customer design workshops.
  • Provide direction to peers, and technical associates, collaborate with the functional solutions teams and integrations teams across other work streams.
  • Work closely with local market resources, 3rd parties supporting different platforms (like payroll) and the system integrator to deliver the integrations needed.
  • Develop functional designs and mapping documents.
  • Work with other work stream leads like functional solutions, testing and data conversion teams to ensure the deadlines are met, integrations are delivered on time and tested, and the overall project timelines are met.
  • 5+ years' of proven experience with data integration, design, and implementation of large-scale solutions (HR transformation experience a must)
  • Strong SAP Successfactors experience is required for this role. The architect must have solid grasp of HR modules like employee central, recruitment and payroll.
  • Experience in design, development, support, and administrator SAP API Management using standards like SOAP, REST, OData, with enterprise grade security.
  • Experience with integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite including Event driven approach (Event Mesh / Advance Event Mesh), API First approach (APIM, API Security/ OAuth 2.0 based authentication, API Gateway, API Business Hub), Open Connectors, Gateway, Cloud Connector etc.
  • UI5 Programming and experience with Hana DB is desired.
  • Experience working with 3rd party consulting companies and vendors.
