Ronald McDonald House® is an independent, nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization that cares for families when they have children who are ill or injured. The Role

 
Responsible for shaping brand and communications strategies that drive fundraising partnerships, serving as a dedicated partner to the Philanthropy team. This role leads the creation of compelling donor-facing marketing collateral, platforms, activations, and toolkits designed to support global campaigns and fundraising initiatives. The manager ensures seamless project execution and cross-functional alignment, maintaining consistent messaging that reflects the organization’s mission and brand. Collaboration with Communications and Philanthropy teams is essential to achieving strategic objectives. 

 

 

Duties

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support corporate partner activations and global fundraising campaigns. 
  • Create marketing materials and presentation decks that are grounded in the annual Master Case for Support, ensuring alignment and consistency, in close collaboration with the Communications and Philanthropy teams. 
  • Develop new business/donor pitch materials and marketing assets for various donors/partners (e.g., toolkits, case studies, impact reports, co-branded materials). 
  • Support communications initiatives that highlight corporate partnerships, including social media content, executive visibility opportunities, and storytelling efforts that strengthen partner relationships and showcase their impact. 
  • Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to co-create marketing platforms and messaging for high-impact fundraising opportunities. 
  • Serve as a brand guardian for donor partner-facing communications to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and tone. 
  • Lead the transformation of the Annual Impact Report, to create a dynamic, visually engaging publication that reflects the organization’s impact and inspires stakeholders. 
  • Manage agency and creative partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content and materials on time and within budget. 
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of partner activations, applying insights to optimize future work. 
  • Build toolkits / best practice templates to support national and local teams in their philanthropic activities. 
  • Supervise and develop junior team members, as applicable. 

Qualifications

  • Strong background in donor or partner marketing/communications, with experience translating impact and strategy into compelling presentation decks. 
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Experience managing external agencies or vendors. 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with cultural awareness and sensitivity. 
  • Experience in the non-profit sector/philanthropy/fundraising 
  • 7+ years experience in brand, communications, marketing, or fundraising roles, ideally in a non-profit organization.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $101,437.00 - $126,797.00 per year.The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
