Job Description:

This role will be a part of Operations Excellence and will report to Senior Manager OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE

We are looking for an experienced Integration COE Lead to establish and drive the technical strategy, best practices, and standards for our organization's integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals to ensure seamless, scalable, and efficient integration processes that support the business's evolving needs.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

The role expects the resource to perform the following functions:

  • Guide the technical direction of the product, lead the Center of Excellence (COE), and handle the support team (whether internal, external, or a combination of both).
  • Define and set standards and guidelines for integration architecture, development, and deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular audit to identify areas of opportunity and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the EPP organization (Finance, People, and Supply Chain) to assess the current landscape and identify the most suitable third-party tools to meet all application needs.
  • Work closely with the Modernization product teams to develop standardized designs that align with our overarching GF, GP, and GI Modernization initiatives.
  • Supervise the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions to ensure they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  • Serve as the domain guide on features and capabilities for development partners and other product teams to ensure detailed alignment.
  • Craft and implement optimization experiments to validate and improve feature adoption.
  • Diagnose sophisticated problems across multiple teams and provide actionable recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain collaborations, including product teams as integration solution customers, ensuring alignment with transformation roadmaps.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
  • 10+ years of technology experience required.
  • 8+ years hands-on software development experience in data-integration space, with knowledge of Agile software development process
  • 5+ years of product experience, preferably on data-integration products leading development & operational teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data-Integration experience - for enterprise and back-office integrations
  • Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations, geographies and business units
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & standard methodologies for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Proficient in simplifying intricate technical solutions for non-technical partners
  • Experience working in a leadership role in an agile product development environment
