Department Overview
The Functional Solution Manager – Procure-To-Pay (PTP) position presents an excellent chance for a motivated individual to contribute meaningfully within McDonald's or equivalent experience. This role plays a vital part in working closely with the PTP business and implementation team to successfully deploy the Payables Oracle ERP module and SAP Concur. You will direct solution choices, participate in workshops with key partners, and collaborate with developers to guarantee seamless setup and testing of the solution. Throughout the program lifecycle, you will jointly assess major build decisions, configurations, and functional plans related to integrations, reports, and extensions, addressing significant risks and gaps.
As the Functional Solutions Manager, you will guide discussions with major Finance and business partners to pinpoint needs. You will then translate those needs into effective, actionable Finance system and application solutions. The Technical team will provide these solutions, ensuring all objectives are achieved to a high standard.
Duties
- Support the rollout of the PTP modules in ERP Cloud and SAP Concur.
- Assist the Functional Solutions – PTP Lead by managing Finance solutions and tools, transactional and reporting functions, interfaces, testing, and associated communications or training support.
- Collaborate with key business, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and IT partners to understand, document, and leverage requirements for successful solution deployment.
- Improve system integration between solutions by partnering with Finance collaborators, the Tech Solution Lead, and 3rd party vendors.
- Work closely with the Finance Reporting and analytics team to develop and improve reporting/analytics capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity by supporting the resolution of data errors and problems.
Qualifications
- BA in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to understand and translate Finance and business requirements for the PTP process into prioritized, actionable solutions.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to work effectively with management both within and outside of Finance.
- Proven capability to build and sustain solid business connections.
- Knowledge of and practical experience in ERP Cloud and Concur solutions is beneficial.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the capability to balance multiple initiatives and project schedules, and prioritize duties.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies through instruction and self-training.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $115,872.00 - $144,840.00 per year
