Department Overview
The role Manager, Technical Business Analysis bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing data requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This role involves gathering business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and working with data engineers, analysts, and architects to implement effective data solutions
Duties
- Requirement Translation: Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications for data models, ETL process, and reporting tools.
- Documentation Management: Oversee the maintenance and updating of technical documentation
- Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensure alignment between business logic and technical implementation
- Project Leadership: Lead technical projects and ensure timely delivery
- Advanced Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to refine requirements
- Work closely with data engineers, architects, and developers to design and optimize data pipelines
- Ensure data accessibility and usability for business users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or related technical field
- Strong SQL skills and experience with databases, knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
- Exposure to programming (Python, etc.) for data analysis is a plus
- Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Excellence communication skills between technical and non-technical teams
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $115,872.00 - $144,840.00 per year
