Job Description:The Integration Lead will provide their expertise for all integration/interface elements of the transformation across 22+ global markets.
Working closely with stakeholders across HR and IT in all markets and working with 3 rd party vendors to ensure that all aspects on the integration from scope/design are delivered successfully and meet the business and technical needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction, review and sign-off to application technology leads and 3rd party partners on all matters of integration development, and project delivery
- Advise, review and sign-off in application and technical requirements
- Work closely with local market resources, 3 rd parties supporting different platforms (like payroll) and the system integrator to deliver the integrations needed
- Collaborate with business, vendors, and tech leads to settle integration requirements; develop the strategy, coordinate the development, and work to resolve bottlenecks to delivery project work aligned with program timelines
- Collaborate with Global Technology Architecture to define Integration Architecture and underlying technology.
- Coordinate markets to communicate the integration standards
- Assist in developing technical designs and mapping
- Assist 3 rd party consulting company and vendor in any preparation needed for testing
- Review functional and technical specification for each integration ? Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project obstacles; escalate unresolved high priority issues
- Assist in support change request process to manage changes
- Confirm all configuration and designs are adequately documented to an acceptable level of quality
- Assist in preparing weekly status reports on program progress
- 10+ years' experience with demonstrable experience in data integration, design and implementation of large-scale complex solutions (HR transformation experience a must)
- Ability to transform customer requirements into a workable design at the functional and/or technical level
- Strong communication, problem solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with 3rd party consulting companies and vendors
- Experience leading large scale development teams
- Strong leadership to run project resources for delivery of build deadlines and objectives
- Project management implementation experience to develop and lead all aspects of the build effort, including plans, interdependencies, schedule, budget, tools, and required personnel
- Ability to document and communicate the status of build progress against plans, taking corrective action when agreed necessary
- Ability to facilitate collaboration between international markets to ensure alignment
- Curious, task-oriented, and a self-starter, with a proven track record of "getting things done."
- Strong knowledge of project build deliverables; able to assess compliance with established project standard
