Department Overview

The Functional Solution Manager – ARCS role is responsible for partnering with the Record-To-Report business and implementation team on the deployment of the ARCS module for account reconciliations of Oracle EPM. The role is responsible for the facilitation of the solution decisions, participation in workshops in conjunction with key stakeholders, and working with developers on getting the solution set up and tested. The role will co-review key design decisions/ configurations / functional designs related to integrations, reports and extensions, & address key risks and gaps throughout program lifecycle. The role partners with and drives discussions with key Finance and business stakeholders to determine requirements and translates those requirements into practical and executable Finance system and applications solutions to be delivered by the Technical team.

Duties

  • Support the delivery of the ARCS module, working with the Global Process Lead and Technical Product owners, coordinating Finance solution and tools, transactional and reporting capabilities, interfaces, testing, and any related communications or training support related to that functional capability
  • Partner with key business, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand and document requirements for the solution and leverage those requirements to deploy the solution
  • Support resolution of data errors and problems and ensure data integrity

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand Finance and business requirements for the account reconciliation process and translate those into prioritized, executable solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with management both within and outside of Finance 
  • Ability to develop / maintain strong business relationships · Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with Oracle ARCS solutions is a plus · Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven project management experience; ability to balance multiple initiatives and project timelines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training 

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $115,872.00 - $144,840.00 per year
