Job Description:

McDonald's US Franchising Strategy team is aligned around a vision to make McDonald’s the greatest franchising opportunity for generations to come, supported by the industry's leading franchisor. We are looking for a Sourcing Manager who can implement our franchising recruitment campaign to attract and recruit diverse franchisees to McDonald’s in the U.S. In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing, DEI, Communications, and Franchising leadership to launch our internal and external recruitment campaigns. The campaigns will expand our outreach through social media, speaking events, collateral production, print ads, general content, Franchising Expo’s, web design, etc. In addition, you will serve as a key partner with Franchising leadership to ensure our recruitment campaign aligns with our Global RA DEI Ambition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Think strategically while providing tactical support to implement ideas
  • Collaborate on project teams supporting franchising sourcing and recruitment initiatives
  • Searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective referral system
  • Create templates and materials for all to access throughout the McDonald’s System
  • Aid in creating a strong candidate pipeline for our company’s current and future franchising needs
  • Launching and executing the ‘Golden Opportunities’ campaign
  • Identify and socialize our DEI recruitment efforts with targeted networks, organizations, and channels
Qualifications:
  • Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
  • Ability to have strategic conversations and interactions internally and externally and a strategic mindset
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Customer-oriented
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally.
