Job Description:

The US Franchising Strategy Supervisor of Reporting focuses on reporting related to franchising activity within the US. This person will work with the Manager of Data and Analytics to provide data and insights related to US franchising activities via standing reports and ad hoc requests. They will use numerous reporting tools and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to present monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics. This role will provide report outs to US segment senior leadership, the US Franchising team and the field offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs a wide variety of activities to support the US Franchising Strategy Team in the accomplishment of franchising objectives
  • Responsible for ongoing reporting related to metrics such as franchisee and restaurant counts
  • Reporting on transactions between franchisees, including occurrences, trends and results oriented data
  • Support and improve existing systems and tools that are relied upon for franchising information.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and for the execution of the work
  • Ability to create and manage a large database of data
  • Ability to seek for understanding to ensure accurate reporting is performed
  • Ability to maintain and organize file storage.
  • Ability to function self-sufficiently in a project-oriented environment where deadlines are critical.
Qualifications:
  • Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
  • An acute attention to detail and data validation
  • Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize work well under pressure
  • Executes well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced-level experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and WebEx or similar meeting tools
  • Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving business and work environment
