Job Description:

McDonald's Franchising PMO Manager will work with the US Franchising VP and team leaders across the organization to drive the communication and change agenda in support of the US Franchising team vision while fostering team culture and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leadership to help communicate the strategic vision and key priorities for the organization to drive awareness, understanding and advocacy
  • Manage agenda and logistics for Franchising meetings, and participate in leadership team meetings where appropriate
  • Act as primary internal communications support for US Franchise VP, leading all functional communications strategies and work products for the US org (including town hall preparation and execution). Partner with US Communications on US Franchising and Ops leadership on organizational announcements
  • Lead material development for leadership presentations (Board meetings, SLT Summits, Officer Forums)
  • Leads the planning and execution of all major marketing events (e.g., BLS, OPNAD, marketing offsites, etc.)
  • Sets objectives and agendas for each major event, including desired outputs, points to gain buy-in on, etc.
  • Bolsters connectivity and collaboration across the Franchising organization by developing creative networking opportunities at events- specifically supporting Director or Recruitment/ Sourcing.
  • Drives alignment on key initiatives and issues by designing workshops and discussions
  • Provides guidance on Communications team regarding the compilation and production of communications materials for franchising changes updates and how they impact business review process.
  • Creates and maintains the calendar of franchising sourcing events to allow for feasible attendance by all major stakeholders across the US business
  • Guide efforts to strengthen culture, leading engagement and change activities across US Franchising
Qualifications:
  • Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated ability with change management, including enterprise level communication and partner engagement
  • Self-starter with strong sense of initiative, focused on results; ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and, at times, within ambiguous and undefined circumstances
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and influence with leaders and collaborators at all levels
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, while being flexible, collaborative and deadline-driven
  • Excellent communicator with ability to adapt & simplify messaging for various audiences & levels in the organization
