Key Responsibilities
• Financial Analysis of the Restaurants McDonald's:
Support restaurants operations in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Provide insights into drivers of profitability and opportunities to improve margins. Monitor performance and manage the preparation of P&L reports.
• Operational Advisory and Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Provide guidance to Restaurant Managers, consultants, and Operations Managers on cost optimization, reinvestment decisions, and operational efficiency. Oversee the relationship with the Restaurants leadership team to monitor the restaurant portfolio and identify operational impacts on financial performance.
• Labor Strategy and Bonus Management:
Manage and advise on compensation strategy where applicable. Support the design of the bonus program and the definition of performance targets.
• Budgeting and Training:
Support budgeting processes for restaurants and Restaurant Managers. Deliver financial training to Managers and consultants when required.
• Scenario Planning and Strategic Support:
Proactively adjust forecasts based on changes in volume, pricing, and mix. Support decision‑making for new initiatives and operational changes affecting the restaurant P&L.
Role Requirements
Experience and Education
- At least three years experience in positions related to financial analysis, financial control and/or cost control.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management.
- English: C1 level.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in financial tools and budgeting systems (preferably MBT).
• Coaching‑Oriented Leadership: Ability to deliver training and build financial capabilities within operational teams.
