Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support leadership for our International Operated Markets.

The Executive Assistant will also lend support to the wider Senior leadership team as required in-line with the overall role accountabilities set out below.

What will my accountabilities be?

  • Detailed & complex travel arrangements including travel logistics and itinerary building.
  • Maintenance of Senior Leadership Team calendar.
  • Extensive liaison and networking with Senior Leadership Team EA’s.
  • Provision of weekly updates on team projects.
  • Organize and schedule meetings:
    • Meeting room/venue availability and booking.
    • Refreshment & dietary requirements considered.
    • Specific technology available & operational to meet attendee needs.
    • Preparation and distribution of agendas, papers, information and meeting packs.
  • Frequent contact with international offices & teams.
  • Pro-active approach to administrative support for executive to optimize their time
  • Administrative support towards special projects as required.
  • Coordination of signatories for legal paperwork.
  • Compliant and timely expense claim submissions.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by the President.

  • Tenacious and resilient: Proactive attitude and a growth mind-set who thrives on autonomy and can problem solve independently.
  • Highly resourceful team player holds outstanding organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • IT aptitude: Advanced MS Office skills, ability to utilize or quickly learn technology to support busines outcomes.
