Could you be our next Employee Relations Partner - Workplace Investigations?

Ready to stretch yourself in a role that genuinely makes a difference? We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity to join our growing Workplace Investigations Team until October 2027, part of our Global Legal function. In this role, you'll conduct workplace misconduct investigations and play a real part in our continued culture change across the business. You'll sit within the Global Labor and Employment Team and partner closely with our Legal, HR and Operations teams across Australia and New Zealand - a fantastic chance to broaden your network, build new skills and do meaningful work at one of the world's most recognised brands.

What you can expect on a day-to-day basis:

  • Completing thorough, high-quality investigations into low/medium complexity cases from start to finish including conducting interviews, reviewing data and documents, preparing reports, consulting attorneys and engaging with the business
  • Supporting senior investigators on medium/high complexity cases, from scheduling and conducting interviews through to preparing reports
  • Leveraging a consistent framework to recommend action outcomes
  • Collaborating with team members to refine and improve our Workplace Investigations processes
  • Prioritising critical and sensitive investigations with strong time-management
  • Championing diversity and inclusion, and fostering a culture of trust, respect and accountability within the team

Your keys to success:

  • Experience or a background in conducting workplace misconduct investigations (such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence or wage and hour issues), or transferable skills in HR, Law, Compliance or a related field (highly desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage sensitive situations
  • Strong, effective communication and active listening skills
  • An objective thinker with strong ethics and sound judgement
  • The ability to be a trusted partner and advisor to key stakeholders
