Job Description:McDonald’s is on an exciting journey to build new capabilities as we open new global offices in Mexico and India. We are seeking a Director of Program Management to design and lead the end-to-end program and project management activities to ensure we have clear governance and leadership cadence in place from day one. This individual will be focused on ensuring on time delivery of project objectives through project management rigor, communication of key project achievements and outcomes. The focus of this role will be to program manager the set up and management of the set up of McDonald’s offices in India and Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership, direction, and support to the Mexico and India Global Offices program and workstream teams, including the Head of GBS Operations and Sr. Director of Strategy and Planning.
- In partnership with GBS leaders, define integrated roadmap across global functions for capabilities to be delivered and create linkages across all transformation efforts to ensure we effectively operate our India and Mexico global offices.
- Work across Transformation Management Office, include VRO, to define and manage processes across Mexico and India global offices such as chargeback model, entity and board governance, legal and regulatory filings, value realization/business case planning.
- Establishes a program governance framework and PMO support model to track workstream performance to monitor the project progress and monitor performance of 3rd party partners.
- Keeps track of the global office program status to provide insight to leadership by synthesizes information and communicating in a simple, effective way.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment across key stakeholders.
- Leads critical initiatives to optimize the project delivery process and drive continuous improvement to ensure the success of the project.

The expected salary range for this role is $168,350 - $218,860 per year

Qualifications:- Expertise in Project Management Principles: 10+ years' experience in project management methodologies, tools, techniques. Ability to lead the program’s project management and work with senior leadership.
- Professional Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Leadership and Team Management Experience: Strong leaderships skills to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals and deadlines. This person must also have prior experience managing leadership and navigating complexity across borders.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving skills to drive decisions and ensure the success of the program. Must have prior experience driving organizational change and adoption of new process or technologies.
- Business Acumen: Have basic understand of business operations, financial management principles, and risk management practices.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment. Must have experience leading multiple projects and/or workstreams.
- Education Background: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related field.
- Prior experience working with India and/or Mexico based teams a plus.
