Department Overview

We are building a world-class first to market technology capability that will impact over 70 million customers each day. In service of this goal we are seeking a Director of Product to help drive the roadmap, definite business requirements, and manage the scope of this new first to market ad tech capability.

Duties

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the product portfolio for the Retail Media Network
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring scalable and differentiated offerings that drive measurable impact
  • Define and own the RMN product strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives and evolving market dynamics
  • Partner with executive leadership to set product priorities, investment strategies, and OKRs
  • Lead the ideation, design, and launch of RMN ad products, including on-site, off-site, programmatic, and in-store displays
  • Oversee the product roadmap for self-serve tools, data clean rooms, attribution models, and retail data APIs
  • Use insights from analytics A/B testing, and customer feedback to optimize product performance
  • Collaborate with external AdTech and MarTech partners to enhance platform capabilities and integrations
  • Lead the development of a connected Retail Media Network platform integrating with multiple vendor partners and internal McDonald’s digital channels

 

Key Deliverables

  • Cohesive product vision and multi-year roadmap 
  • RMN product portfolio (including on-site, off-stie, in-store media, audience targeting, and measurement tools)
  • Data-driven attribution model, analytics, and reporting

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product leadership experience including ownership of enterprise-scale platforms deployed across global markets
  • Proven ability to lead within highly matrixed, Fortune 100-scale organizations and influence senior executive stakeholders
  • 5+ years building and developing high-performing product teams, including experience establishing governance and operating models
  • Demonstrated success integrating third-party technology partners into complex enterprise ecosystems
  • Strong financial acumen owning enterprise product P&L and business case development
  • Deep understanding of AdTech, MarTech, first-party data strategy, and privacy-compliant measurement frameworks
  • Experience in distributed retail or franchise environments preferred

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $195,371 - $244,214 per year
