Department Overview

As an IAM Engineer III on our Global Identity and Access Management team, you will report to the Manager leading Directory engineering and operations. In this role you will be partnering with other IAM and technical teams to build secure, user-centric identity and access experiences that delight our employees, franchisees, partners, and restaurant staff. Duties

  • Provide technical assistance and administration in the areas of identity and access management in alignment with our policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other product and technical teams to help define and execute the product roadmaps. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements using cutting-edge features, security trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver successful Active Directory and Entra implementations.
  • Prepare and interpret technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system configurations, and operational procedures. Generate reports on system health, performance, and security.
  • Perform various functions and duties in support of audit, compliance deliverables, Directory security, remediation, and recovery.
  • Lead complex or high severity troubleshooting for incident and problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams. Develop technical engineering solutions that solve business challenges and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role, implementing and operating at an enterprise-level in a multi-forest and multi-cloud environment.
  • Extensive technical experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory), and other Microsoft identity and access related technologies.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience and capabilities. Extensive knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Unit management, and Security Groups.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, including risk management, access controls, and secure coding. Extensive experience and advanced knowledge in implementing Windows security concepts, policies, and least–privilege design principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft or 3rd party management and monitoring solutions such as SMART, SCOM, SCCM, Log Analytics, Semperis, and BloodHound Enterprise (would be a plus).
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and help influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $104,482.00 - $130,602.00 per year
