Coordinator Business Support (50%)
Your Mission
In this role, you will be part of the McDonald’s Switzerland Business Support Team, a key team supporting multiple departments and managers on a daily basis. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of administrative and organizational activities by providing reliable, proactive, and high-quality support. You will work closely with other assistants and act in a transversal role depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing department as well as other teams as needed
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, visits, and events, including all related logistics
- Maintain and update internal tools and databases, ensuring data quality and confidentiality
- Follow up on various administrative topics and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure administrative follow-up of Marketing budgets in collaboration with the fiduciary
- Collaborate closely with other assistants in the pool and with different teams
- Anticipate needs and contribute to smooth coordination between stakeholders
What You Need to Be Successful
- Proven experience in a similar role within a demanding environment (large company)
- Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work under
pressure - Native French and/or German, with knowledge of the other language considered an asset,
and fluent in English (minimum B2) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 365, AI, etc.)
- Discretion, proactivity, autonomy, service-oriented mindset, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
- Strong interest in organizing and coordinating events
- Availability to work on a part-time schedule: Wednesday mandatory, and either
Monday/Tuesday and either Thursday/Friday
