Could you be our next Consumer Insight + Research Specialist?

With your experience working as a research dualist or in a previous consumer insight role, you will help bring millions of Macca’s customers voices to life and input into key business decisions. You are naturally curious, a keen problem solver with experience in both Quantitative and Qualitative research methodologies.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis? 

  • Running both quant and qual research projects, across brand, menu and value pillars
  • Partnering and advising subject matter experts from around the Macca’s business on research design, inputs, and results
  • Overseeing comms tracking + evaluative tools and delivering results to stakeholders
  • Working closely with our trusted research suppliers ensuring we are working well as a collective
  • Mining current quant data sources to help shape the strategic direction of growth platforms
  • Coaching and collaborating with other teams on how to use consumer data to improve decision making
  • Working closely with CBI Manager to deliver quarterly business performance reports on brand, experience, and market performance
  • Championing the customer voice in various forums to ensure we are staying customer centric

Your keys to success

  • Has 4+ years’ experience in Market Research / Consumer insights (either dualist at research agency or experience in blue-chip FMCG or QSR brand)
  • Advanced understanding and application of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Ability to join the dots between multiple sources of information to help inform the bigger picture
  • Ability to simplify research reports down to actionable insights that will help shape the business
  • Quantitative technical skills Excel, SPSS, Tableau Q (or similar software’s)
  • Quantitative capability to find the story from raw data and present it in a compelling way
  • Experience with Brand, communication, and/or innovation Qualitative projects
  • Excellent data visualization skills and an eye for detail.
  • Business acumen and the ability to communicate across stakeholders
  • Strong skills in project management
  • Exceptional attention detail, organizational and time management skills
