Position title: CMS Sales Point Deployment Coordinator  
Department: Technology 
Position band: Coordinator (G1)  
Reports to: Restaurant File Maintenance (RFM) Consultant 
Type of position: Full-time, permanent

We currently have an opportunity for a CMS Sales Point Coordinator, located in the Toronto office working within the Technology team.

Principal Accountabilities:
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Support the CRM and RFM teams responsible for sales point configuration management across all restaurants. 
  • Participate in projects and programs as well as business-as-usual activities as required by the teams. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Marketing projects.
  • Partner with key cross-functional team members from Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams. 
  • Create and maintain menu items, layouts, and configurations using our custom web application.  
  • Assist with any activities related to the CRM/Digital segmentation, offers, and loyalty related processes (ex. Offer Calendar posting, etc). 

The role aims to evolve towards greater involvement in implementation using various CMS platforms, AEM, RFM, Braze, VCE.  

  • Relevant post-secondary education OR Restaurant experience with menu item maintenance (RFM)  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Must have strong PC skills, abilities with Microsoft Office products, and appetite to learn new technologies. 
  • Experience working in CRM software and programs. 
  • Experience working with different web-based PM tools (ex. JIRA, Confluence,, Asana etc.) 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines within a changing environment.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working within a cross-functional team environment, as well as collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems. 
  • Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus. 
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
