Job Description:

• Identifying functionalities and system efficiency by working with end users, and internal departments
• Work closely with Product Managers to define problem statements and user stories.
• Participate in workshops to document as-is and to-be functionality and translate the business requirement to a technical deliverable.
• Perform show and tell of the user stories to business and end users when the user story is "DONE"
• Helping end users troubleshoot issues as they encounter while using the platform/solutions.
• Work with users, design new features and applications including requirements gathering, development, implementation, managing change impacts through effective communications.
• Identifying areas of automation within the technology platform that can bring efficiency in the overall process and reduce complexity.
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from different stakeholders

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - $108,810 / per year

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role 
• Knowledge and understanding of cloud capabilities
• Knowledge of Master Data Management and Product Information Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of "Use Case" and other requirements documentation methodologies
• Self-starter with willingness / ability to work independently
• Experience with functional design including wireframes, swim-lanes activity diagrams
• Ability to effectively influence and lead through functional boundaries
