Job Description:
  • Assist in business Change Management activities and communications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to track resolutions for issues and system vulnerabilities.
  • Assist platform architects with respect to system upgrades and deployment timelines.
  • Help end users troubleshoot issues as they encounter while using the platform/solutions.
  • Timely escalation of issues to platform architects and product managers on Production issues which impacts business users.
  • Collaborating with different engineering teams and professionals to ensure defined organizational quality metrics are met.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and work with L3/L4 support team to ensure defined procedures are followed during any production issue resolution.
  • Identify areas of automation within the technology platform that can bring efficiency in the overall process and reduce complexity.
Qualifications:
  • You have knowledge and understanding of cloud capabilities.
  • Hands on experience on SQL scripting and .NET.
  • Knowledge of Javascript and platforms such as Node.js.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams and deliver outcomes of each task.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively influence and lead through functional boundaries.
