Our Corporate Home Office (MHQ) in Chicago, IL has an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Management Consultant. This role can be based anywhere within the continental US.
Duties
The individual in this role will provide support to the field office staff to write effective business reviews by cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders within the department and across the system. They develop a deep understanding of the restaurant, field, and home office functions to anticipate their needs and identify opportunities for the Business Review COE team to contribute value. This work is important because it allows time to be returned to the Field Office Operations teams and give them more opportunities to consult with the owner/operators to grow their business.
Key customers include: U.S. leadership, Field Operations staff, and Franchising; key partners and collaborators include: Information Technology (IT), US Customer Care, US Consumer Insights, and Business Insights. Travel for this role may be up to 5%.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize existing data sources to create meaningful analysis of business trends for the Business Review for assigned work.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and report to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure reporting and KPIs meet their needs and drive action.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to stakeholders on Business Review COE tools and processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Operations roles, able to understand the restaurant systems and results.
- Strong understanding of National Franchising Standards and business review processes.
Experienced team member, capable of:
- Producing effective analysis of data and working cross-functionally to deliver on expectations.
- Quickly addressing developing needs while breaking through roadblocks and silos
- Excellent time management to balance necessary meeting participation and workload output in conjunction with various deadlines.
- Agile thinker, able to quickly grasp new concepts and apply learnings to multiple workstreams.
- Strong relationship builder, who creates effective working partnerships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Strong team player, able to self-motivate and be accommodating to our evolving function.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $75,700.00 - $94,620.00 per year
