Responsibilities

  • Provide support in maintaining and updating the product roadmap, backlog, work items and agile product ceremonies for privileged access management products and services aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.
  • Provide support for the implementation, delivery and activation of PAM platform, products and services.
  • Participate in new feature and existing feature and capability enhancements through requirements definition and gathering, development of use cases, workflows and acceptance criteria to in support of system configuration and automation, documentation, optimization and support activities
  • Participate in different types and levels of test environment set-up, execution, triage, bug/defect replication as needed in partnership with other product and engineering teams
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance and update of PAM product and service documentation and knowledge repositories
  • Provide reports as requested for compliance
  • Provide guidance on the implementation and usage of PAM capabilities; collaborate with other PAM and IAM team members to provide support and guidance on PAM related matters, input to solution design and system support
  • Contribute to successful transition of product lifecycle delivery, support and operational processes and deliverables to operations resources and teams.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with global and market technology teams resulting in alignment on privilege access management needs and priorities.
  • Partner with Global Cyber Security Market Engagement team to ensure our IAM capabilities can be deployed and operated in an effective way to benefit markets.
  • Foster effective communication with collaborators throughout the organization, promoting a culture of cybersecurity resilience and awareness across all functions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to compile and analyze issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver successful privilege access management activations.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver effective PAM solutions.
  • Extraordinary initiative and problem solving skills

Qualifications

  • 1+ year implementing enterprise-level Privileged Access Management (PAM) products and services.
  • Strong knowledge of  IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to cloud identity access, identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
  • An intermediate understanding of privileged access management technologies (e.g. BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Saviynt, etc).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, including risk management, access controls, and secure coding.
  • Extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and communicate complex business requirements and translate them into practical PAM solutions.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $104,482.00 - $130,602.00 per year
