We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our US Technology Solution Readiness team as a Senior Business Technical Analyst. In this role, you will lead a team of Business Analysts focused on gathering requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and deploying innovative technology solutions to our Restaurant and Consumer platforms. You will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into innovative technology solutions, including edge transformation initiatives. Accountabilities & Responsibilities

 

  • Authority in providing business and operational direction on business requirements, change requests, and technical designs for current functionality and future improvements.  

  • Elicit, assess, and define business requirements with strong organizational skills to deliver requirements within specified timelines.  

  • Demonstrates Operations focus by understanding the given and potential needs and taking action.  

  • Strong technology background with the ability to visualize and interpret business to technology.  

  • Strong collaboration skills and able to adapt their means of communications for both written and verbal, and engage in active listening.  

  • Established ability to build relationships with Global Technology internal and external stakeholder partners.  

  • Obtain continual feedback from field end users and maintain enhancement requests and assist with prioritization of restaurant technology applications.  

  • Ability to train and share key knowledge to bring new employees/consultants up to speed on technology and processes.  

  • Provide frequent feedback to the team to increase productivity, improve performance, and develop skill sets.  

 

Technical Requirements:  

  • System Integration: Experience in integrating various systems and platforms, including cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).  

  • Data Analysis: Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.  

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Deep understanding of SDLC processes, including Agile methodologies. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git.  

  • API Management: Experience in designing, developing, and managing APIs.  

  • Cybersecurity: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices to ensure the security of technology solutions.  

  • Technical Documentation: Ability to create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.  

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in developing and executing test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Experience in writing automated test scripts and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.  

  • SaaS (Software as a Service): Experience in working with SaaS platforms, including deployment, management, and integration of SaaS solutions.  

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex technical projects.  

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years in Business Analyst/Business Technical Analyst experience.  

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse work group.  

  • Must be capable of prioritizing requirements based upon the Business and Deployment needs.  

  • Conduct a thorough formal review to identify impacts and integration points with other products.  

  • Proven ability to effectively self-direct, and manage, and prioritize multiple projects/issues with a high degree of complexity in a fast-paced and changing environment.  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio.  

  • Able to manage their time effectively in a changing environment.  

  • Work with management to adapt to obstacles and complete sprint releases.  

  • Ability to solicit and communicate business expectations and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.  

  • Demonstrates ability to communicate complex concepts to our Business Partners and Leadership.  

  • Participates in sprint reviews and leading demos of new functionality to stakeholders.  

  • Current on writing business requirements to include user stories and use cases.

  • Ability to effectively synthesize information.  

  • Adapts quickly to new or changing conditions.  

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Prefer experience in Quick Service Restaurant industry.  

  • 2+ years of experience in being Agile - helpful to have used JIRA and Confluence tools.

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860.00 - $143,900.00 per year
